I have been trying to reach this doctor for over a week for results of a lumbar puncture which was a very painful procedure. I have left messages and emails. She obviously doesn't return calls or I don't even know if she has even gotten them. I have spent hours all week trying to reach her practice. Very stressful and frustrating.

I had an appointment at 9:00 am with my 89 year old father. We were promptly shown to an examination room where we waithed more than an hour to see a different doctor! Her first name was Maria (I did not get her last name) Maria spent about 3 minutes with us and informed us that she did not have all the lab results-why didn't the office find that out since the labs were done 6 weeks ago? Maria had the desk print the results of tests done to this point and scheduled another appointment in 6 weeks. I have reservations about coming back as I was treated as though my time is not valuable. Do we get more labs? What is the point if I have to wait an hour for an incomplete diagnosis with a different physician? A previous appointment for a neurological test was cancelled via text with no explanation. I called the office to inquire about the cancellation and was told that it was not covered by Raymond's insurance. I was not given an opportunity to pay out of pocket etc- instead I was was hung up on. I have my own business, and if I treated clients in the manner in which I have been treated at the Neurological Institute of Coral Springs- I would have been out of business years ago

DrJason Berlongieri is an excellent, caring, attentive therapist. He is very attentive to minor details and really seek to give the best possible care.
