Dr. Kalirao is a Board Certified Neurologist and Clinical Neurophysiologist. She completed her Neurology residency at Saint Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center in New York, New York Medical College and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Kalirao's specialties are Epilepsy, Intra-operative monitoring, EEG, EMG as well as use of Onabotulinum toxin A (Botox®) and Rimabotulinum Toxin B (Myobloc®). Dr. Kalirao has experience treating patients of all types and complexities. She is widely published and acts as a principal investigator for multiple ongoing trials in various neurological disorders. Dr. Kalirao has given dozens of lectures on a wide range of neurological topics. She is actively involved in neurological research and community education as well. Throughout the years she has received multiple awards for patient satisfaction. She believes in personalized, compassionate care. Dr. Kalirao is on staff as faculty with various institutions in South Florida as well as in other states and believes in offering the latest in patient care. Dr. Kalirao is passionate about treating patients, improving the quality of care, educating others, and conducting research.
Dr. Diaz-Pimentel is a Board Certified Neurologist. He earned his medical degree at the University of Puerto Rico where he completed his Neurology residency. Dr. Diaz-Pimentel is bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English.

Dr. Diaz Pimentel has been a principal investigator in numerous clinical research trials, given many lectures on a wide range of topics in neurology as well. He has special training with patients with deep brain stimulator as well offers expertise in other neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimers, Parkinson's, Lewy Body dementia and others.
Dr. Abukhalil is a Neurologist with a sub-specialty in Neuro-Ophthalmology. He attended medical school at MISR University for Science and Technology. Harbor UCLA Medical Center is where he completed his Neurology Residency before going on to Neuro-Ophthalmology Fellowship and Post Doctoral Research at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Abukhalil has been a principal investigator in numerous clinical research trials, given many lectures on a wide range of topics in neurology, and published articles in several medical journals. He is very widely published and offers expertise in Neuro-ophthalmological disorders.
Dr. Collins is a Clinical Neuropsychologist specializing in clinical neuropsychology. He received his degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Dr. Collins provides Neuropsychological evaluation and testing for patients ages 12 through adult. Dr. Collins has worked as an evaluator in the field of neuropsychological assessment since 2003. He specializes in Forensic Examination, Psychological Autopsy, TBI, and Substance Abuse Intervention. Dr. Collins has been the primary or co-author on over 20 journal publications in psychology and medical journals, as well as published book reviews, poster presentations and acted as a guest speaker or presenter at conferences and workshops on topics related to clinical neuropsychology, psychopharmacology, acquired brain damage, organic brain disorders, and evaluation of psychopathy. Dr. Collins expertise includes conducting assessments in medical centers, correctional facilities, community mental health centers, crisis stabilization units, forensic hospitals, civil hospitals, intensive outpatient facilities, partial hospitalization settings and private practice.
Dr. Hylton is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Clinical Neuropsychology. She graduated from the University of Florida with a double major in Psychology and Criminology and went on to study at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, with emphasis in Forensic Psychology. While enduring her graduate studies, she discovered a fascination with the inner workings of the brain and its overall effects.
With this interest, Dr. Hylton continued to build the foundation of her training with specialization in neuropsychology, study of the brain and the nervous system’s influence on an individual’s cognition and behavior. She has broad experience in the field of psychology such as specialized psychotherapy for those suffering traumas and experience providing individual and group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), administering psychological evaluations to children and/or parents for guardianship, as well as research. Dr. Hylton specializes in neuropsychological evaluation and testing.
Dr. Davis earned a M.S. (Clinical Mental Health Counseling) from Barry University in Miami Shores and went on to receive her Psy.D. (Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology Track) from Carlos Albizu University in Miami. She is currently a resident psychologist. She has specialized clinical training in general mental health and behavioral medicine. Dr. Davis provides consultation, assessment, and intervention services for patients facing emotional distress secondary to medical conditions. Additionally, she specializes in depression, anxiety, psychological evaluations and treats the cognitive, mental and behavioral effects of brain disorders. Following completion of doctoral requirements, Dr. Davis attended a residency program at a private practice in Boca Raton where she specialized in individual and family therapy with adolescents and adults and patients with substance use issues.Her interests include psychotherapy; sleep hygiene, chronic pain and behavioral weight management. She also has interest in demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, such as multiple sclerosis, seizure disorders, and neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.
Donna Luke's experience in healthcare began as a registered nurse working in the hospital emergency room. Her love of caring for patients urged her on to become a nurse practitioner. Donna received her MSN from Chamberlain University. She exhibits compassion and understanding with every patient.
Casey Uritis is an Occupational Therapist who received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Health from Florida Atlantic University. Casey went on to receive her Master's in Occupational Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine. She is LSVT BIG certified providing therapeutic techniques for those with Parkinson's Disease. In addition, she specializes in outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
Dr. Landis received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Case Western Reserve University. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy at University of Miami. While completing her graduate studies, she was heavily involved in research and has presented posters at both national and international physical therapy conferences.
Since graduating, Dr. Landis has focused her career and continuing education on neurorehabilitation. She has experience caring for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, cerebrovascular disease, vestibular disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and more. She is certified in LSVT Big treatment for Parkinson’s disease, and has also received her Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion certification from the American Institute of Balance. Dr. Landis is passionate about patient advocacy, providing evidence-based care, and creating individualized treatment plans to help patients meet their mobility goals.
Alison Ortega is a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She earned both her B.S. and M.S. Degrees in Communication Science and Disorders from Florida State University. She then completed her Clinical Fellowship at the Miami VA Medical Center. Alison’s extensive experience with adult and geriatric populations has taken place across settings such as outpatient clinics, long-term acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health. She evaluates and treats Dysphagia, Cognitive-Communication, and voicing deficits. Alison is passionate about patient-centered therapeutic interventions for optimal functionality and quality of life.
